if you are not satisfied with what you bought on Buzzin, you may be eligible to return it and get a refund by following the simple procedure set out in this Return and Refund Policy.

You can make a return by following these steps:

I. Please go to your Buzzin account on Buzzinwbest.ca orto invoice email that was sent to you after you purchased the product. Request a refund by email or in your account hit request refund. 

II. Find the relevant order in "Your Orders" or in your E-mail and click on the "Return/Refund" button or e-mail us by saying Return/ Refund

III.Customer service team member will get back to you within 1-3 bussiness days to discuss your refund.

IV. If there is no need to return your items, then your final step is simply to select your refund method. You may choose to receive your refund as a Buzzin credit balance or be credited back via your original payment method. you will talk to the customer service agent about this.

Please place all returned items into one package and use the return label we provided to send it. The original barcode for each item should also be included. 90 days to return items for any issue you may have. once we have recieved the package back you will get a full refund or store credit of your choice. 

If you cannot find it:

make sure you have the proper package even if the box or bag are wrecked we will accept it.

After the warehouse receives the items and they pass quality inspection, the refund will be issued.

If you do not receive the refund afterwards, please contact us for further assistance.

Please make sure to keep the barcode of each item in your next purchase so that you can receive your refund smoothly.

 After placing all the return items in one package, please print and tape the return label we provided onto the outside of the package. 

*** You will need to pay the return shipping but save the recite and we will refund that as well as long as the package comes back in the shape it was when it arrived.
