Once you've claimed your prize, please allow up to 30 days for it to arrive.
Once you claim your prize, you will receive a Claim Prize form. Please be sure to fill out the form completely to ensure you can receive your prize.
Additionally, you must fill out the winners' form after claiming your prize to ensure we can send it to you.
